Terms and Conditions of Use for the ImoKAM Platform

1. Service Description
   The ImoKAM platform provides an online space connecting real estate agents, landlords, and sellers with buyers and tenants. Currently, the service is available only through our website.
2. Registration and Subscriptions
   2.1. All platform users, including agents, sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants, must register with a personal account.
   2.2. The platform offers paid subscriptions for agents and landlords. The service is free for buyers and tenants.
3. Privacy and Security
   3.1. The platform is committed to protecting users' personal data and will establish a detailed Privacy Policy.
   3.2. Collected data will only be used for the platform’s functionality and will not be shared with third parties without user consent.
4. Content and Responsibility
   4.1. All posts on the platform will be reviewed and approved by our team to ensure they do not contain +18 material, offensive, racist, or inappropriate content.
   4.2. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of property information posted by users and is not actively involved in transactions.
   4.3. Disputes between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1. ImoKAM is not responsible for delays, errors, or financial losses caused by user-posted information.
   5.2. We are committed to addressing any technical issues or delays as quickly as possible.
   5.3. For financial security, the platform may implement deposit systems to protect against financial losses and disputes between parties.
6. Platform Usage Terms
   6.1. All posted properties must be legal and have proper documentation.
   6.2. The property owner is responsible for the posted content and the legal status of the property.
   6.3. Users who violate the rules may face suspension or account termination.
7. Payments and Commissions
   7.1. Sellers and landlords must pay the platform to post their properties.
   7.2. Payments related to properties, such as purchases or rentals, are the exclusive responsibility of the involved parties and the bank in case of agreements with banks.
   7.3. ImoKAM is not responsible for financial errors or disputes.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Laws
   8.1. ImoKAM is registered in Kosovo and operates under the laws of Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
   8.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of these countries.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
   9.1. ImoKAM reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time.
   9.2. Users will be notified in advance of any changes and have the right to stop using the service if they disagree with the new terms.
